Our teen program is geared for students ages 12+. The class is 60 minutes. Tailored specifically for teenagers, this class combines technical instruction with fun and challenging drills to keep students motivated and excited about their training. Teen Self Defense
Jiu Jitsu is a martial art that is focused on technique rather than strength. Technique allows a smaller, weaker individual to overcome a bigger, stronger opponent. This makes it a very useful skill for teens.
